It was with great pleasure that I read your reports on the suppression of the rebellion on Sepheris Secundus that was instigated by the Brotherhood of Malice. You have done the Emperor, the Imperium, and more so, the Planet of Sepheris Secundus a great service by your role in making this a successful campaign. Many leaders of the Brotherhood were terminated and your successful grab of the rogue psyker cult leader, Ahabenoff (see file Ahabenoff/223.5), will benefit the Inquisition greatly with the information that will be obtained through persuasive interrogation (related to this subject…I have reviewed your proposal regarding the use of Ahabenoff after he has given us what we need and while I am wary of those that have delved into the warp with an undisciplined mind, I believe that there may be some avenues of rehabilitation and mind-cleansing that may be approved on an experimental basis; we will talk on the matter later).

Lastly, no doubt you have heard of the rumors concerning your application for Inquisitor status…It is true. I have already submitted your name and the required paperwork. With the success of your recent work, as well as your past great accomplishments as an Agent of the Throne, I believe that you have achieved the expertise required to seek out, investigate and cleanse the enemies of the Imperium. As you already know, this is no small task and sacrifice will be a daily occurrence.

While your promotion to Inquisitor has not been made official yet, it soon will be. I know that you have already developed a network of resources and informants in the course of your duties, but I would like to add to it by granting you the command of Cell C2 and the remnants of Cell C13 (which are the Guardsman, Lupo, and the Psyker, Gregoi- the rest of the Cell were killed on Malfi as the cult members of the Divine Fratery proved to be more powerful than suspected). I hope that they will prove to be as dependable Acolytes to you as they were to me.
