Due to the on-going Inquisition investigation of the mysterious message delievered by the Amalgan about the world of Reth, as well as other investigations that are personal priorites of mine, I have decided to re-assaign some of my personnel. The most notable of these changes will be the combination of elements from C2, C15, and C13, as well as the incorporation of some of my solo agents into these cells.

As of now, the following personnel changes have been made:

• Rennissance Cell: Vern, Xerxes and Pullo will remain with Cell C2 and I am adding Solomon to their roster.
• Razor Cell: Valen will remain with Cell C15 and I am adding the remnants of Cell C13: Gregoi and Artandis and Titus and Thodinna from Cell C2.
• Red Cell: Newly created Acolyte Cell C8 under the command of Legate Investigator Mir “Red” and will include Rasar, Quint, Lysandros, Preatus and Maximus.

These changes should produce an effective combination of Skills and Talents which will assist the Cells in the priority investigations that they have been assigned. I will re-assess the performance of these groups periodically to see if additional changes need to be made. On-going recruiting efforts are still in effect to replace the personnel and infrastructure losses that I sustained due to the attacks by Gaul and his associates.
